Sand Reclamation system

 

Moulding Department is equipped with 5 sand mixers:

  • 2 x 50 t/h
  • 1 x 40 t/h
  • 1 x 8 t/h
  • 1 x 5 t/h.

 

Sand Reclamation System allows to reduce the consumption of sand and waste emission.

Thanks to internal Pattern Shop , we can keep over 1100 wooden pattern ready for  use.

Melting department

 

Melting Department is equipped with 3 induction furnances with capacity:

  • 25 tons,
  • 16 tons,
  • 5 tons.

and arc furnace with capacity:

  • 40 tons.

We have automatic station for spheroidization and modification of cast iron using method of the flexible hose. It is one of the most modern installation for the production of cast iron in Europe.

 

Weight range of one cast piece: 0,5 to 120 tons.

We are equipped with:

  • CNC machining center TOS Kurim FUQ150,
  • Gantry saw Danobat,
  • Shot blasting machine,
  • Turning lathes (vertical and horizontal),

  • Annealing furnace for heat treatment.
